
Azure is a cloud computing platform and an online portal that allows you to access and manage cloud services and resources provided by Microsoft. These services and resources include storing your data and transforming it, depending on your requirements.
Sky blue is a public distributed computing stage — with arrangements including Foundation as a Help (IaaS), Stage as a Help (PaaS), and Programming as an Assistance (SaaS) that can be utilized for administrations, for example, investigation, virtual processing, stockpiling, systems administration, and substantially more.
How does Microsoft Azure work?
Once customers subscribe to Azure, they have access to all the services included in the Azure portal. Subscribers can use these services to create cloud-based resources, such as VMs and databases. Azure resources and services can then be assembled into running environments used to host workloads and store data.
Microsoft provides the following five different customer support options for Azure:
- Basic
- Developer
- Standard
- Professional Direct
- Enterprise (Premier)
These customer support plans vary in terms of scope and price. Basic support is available to all Azure accounts, but Microsoft charges a fee for the other support offerings.
